        Friends or Siblings outside this age range will remain in the Parent Observation Area

  Exclusive Use:

         Entire Facility is reserved for the Birthday Group; no others in the building

  Our Facility includes:

         Gymnastics Areas

         Parent Observation Area

         Kitchen, with refrigerator

         Birthday Party Area

  Program Duration:

        75-90 minutes

  First 45-60 minutes:

        Gymnastics and Group Activities

        This is a Structured Session, led by TWO Staff Members

        Organized Instruction will be given in each area of the gym

        No children will be allowed to roam freely; all must stay with their group

        Games and activities of non-gymnastics nature will be included

        The Purpose is to present gymnastics in a FUN, enjoyable, SAFE format

        It is Normal for 2-3 year-olds to “run out of gas” earlier than the 4-6 year-olds.

        It will be the Staff’s discretion to end the Gymnastics Session any time after the first 45 minutes

  After the Gymnastics: 

        30 Minutes of Cake and Party 

  Parents of the Party Guests are welcome. 

        Must remain in the Parent Area during the Gymnastics part of the Program

  We Provide:

        Dedicated area for the Party Activities

        Child-sized Tables and Chairs for 10 participants

        Tablecloths, paper cups, paper plates, napkins

  You Provide, and Serve:

        Food, cake, drinks, etc.

  Gifts for the Birthday Child are discouraged at the Party:

        If any arrive, we will set them aside, to be taken home for opening
